Through this site's forms we collect: name, company, corporate email, phone (optional) and information about your operation (type and demand range). We do not collect sensitive personal data.
Purposes
We use your data exclusively to: (i) respond to your assessment or information request; (ii) send you the material you requested; and (iii) follow up commercially on your interest. We do not share your data with third parties outside Grupo Gemex nor use it for purposes other than those described.
ARCO rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (ARCO), and revoke your consent, by writing to contacto@gemex.mx. We will respond within the terms established by law.
