Design tailored to your operation

Two proven natural gas generation platforms, gas engines and gas turbines, plus cogeneration when your process captures the heat. The right one depends on your load curve, your site and your thermal demand.

Industrial-class engineering

ING-01

Proven equipment

Industrial-class reciprocating engines and turbines with global fleets of more than a million hours per model: spare parts available, known degradation curves, zero experiments at your plant.

ING-02

Real redundancy

N+1 and 2N configurations: backup units sized so scheduled maintenance and individual failures are invisible to your load.

ING-03

24/7 monitored operation

Continuous remote monitoring, predictive maintenance and specialized staff. Contractually committed availability is sustained by professional operation, not promises.

With the grid or without it

The electrical design defines the relationship with the grid per modality: full isolation, backup interconnection, or interconnection with surplus sales. Transfer between sources is automatic and disturbance-free for your load.

Natural gas generation

Two platforms. One criterion: your operation.

GEN-01 · Gas engines

Industrial-class reciprocating gas engines in modular arrays: multiple units stepping in and out with your demand. The most flexible platform for variable loads and high-altitude sites.

  • Sustained part-load efficiency: at low demand, units shut down and the rest run at full efficiency.
  • Stable power at altitude: key in Mexico's highlands, where other machines lose capacity.
  • Low gas inlet pressure: less compression infrastructure at your site.

GEN-02 · Gas turbines

Industrial turbines with high power density: maximum energy in minimum footprint, with high-temperature exhaust heat ready for process steam.

  • High-temperature exhaust: direct process steam for intense thermal demands.
  • Compact footprint and high power density per square meter.
  • Designed for continuous operation at stable load.

Cogeneration

One gas. Two energies.

Cogeneration turns natural gas into electricity and captures process heat: >80% combined efficiency, against the ~35% typical of remote generation.

It applies on both platforms when your process uses the heat: from the engine, hot water, low-pressure steam and absorption cooling; from the turbine, high-temperature steam.

How it works, stage by stage

01

Combustion

Natural gas arrives by pipeline or virtual supply and feeds industrial-class reciprocating engines or gas turbines. Equipment selection is sized to your load curve: engines excel at flexibility and partial-load efficiency; turbines, at power density and high-temperature heat.

02

Generation

The generator produces electricity on site, behind the meter, with stable power quality and immediate response to load variations. N+1 or 2N architectures guarantee that maintenance on one unit never stops your operation.

ElectricityUseful heat35%vs ~35%

03

Total energy capture

Electricity feeds your operation; exhaust and cooling-circuit heat is recovered as steam, hot water or absorption cooling. That recovery is cogeneration: over 80% of the gas energy converted into useful energy, versus ~35% typical of remote generation.
